The TR2 upgrade process is very smooth for most users, but sometimes, Versaceworks does not register the new Ink configuration after following the correct process procedures. This is an easy fix.

If you encounter the error message shown below while installing your new advanced printer, follow these steps to resolve the problem:

1. Close out of Versavark.

2. Rearrange the application using the following steps:

a. Drive the file on C: program files / stanza / stanza / stanza

Play the stanza.

C. Once the initialization is complete,

Restart VersaWorks and add the printer again.
